    What is an EPC?

    An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) shows how energy efficient a property is. The EPC provides a rating of the energy efficiency and CO2 emissions of a building from A to G, similar to the ratings found on white goods. This allows buyers or tenants to check a buildings energy efficiency and CO2 emissions before they rent or buy.

    Depending on the size of your property a domestic assessment can take on average between 45-60 minutes. The certificate will be produced the same day and can be viewed online for free on the government website.
